What do you think are the basic makings needed to be effective in work?

Making: the abilities or qualities needed for development.
now I give you an example: Systemize your work
   A disorder work place means nothing except your chaos brain to a stander-by. One can improve his efficiency in a clean work place. So you should keep a clean, reasonable, comfortable work place.
   Clean up your tools, files, etc. Put on in hand which will easy got when you want to use. Remove away which you never use.

Frank, I absolutely agree with you. Organization is one of the keys to success. Time is money. If one is messy, he will spend lots of time trying to find things. In a cut throat environment like Wall Street, every second can mean a world of difference.

yes, Janson.
now I give you all my friends another suggestion, that is using PDCA method in your work.
PDCA method is: Plan, Do, Check, Action.
It's a unlimited cycle.
